Commission earnings are non-transferable. Agencies may not share, sell, or transfer their commission income to third parties not registered with Masti.
Agencies must maintain a minimum of 3 active hosts (who have streamed at least 5 hours in the past 30 days) to keep their commission structure active.
Poaching hosts from other official agencies is strictly prohibited. Any agency found engaging in this practice will face a permanent commission ban.
Agencies must not make false promises about earnings or benefits to potential hosts. All salary and commission figures must align with official Masti platform data.
