Before you register, it helps to understand what keeps an agency active: Masti requires at least 10 total active anchors (each working an hour or more) with over 5 anchors working weekly. New agencies also need at least 5 salaried anchors earning a minimum of ₹50,000 in weekly income each within their first month, or the agency risks dismissal. Recruiting only from outside existing Masti agencies (never poaching) is mandatory — violations lead to a ban and suspended salaries.

To register as a Masti anchor, use the Join as Host button on this site to submit your application through our official Masti anchor agency. You'll need a bright, clear half-body photo showing your full face, and ideally a short beautycam-style introduction video — the same standard our host photo and video guide covers in detail.
When you download the app, enter invitation code 3wii20 during signup — this binds your account to our agency so you're eligible for the agency bonus, worth up to $3/week (Level S) or $2/week (Level A) on top of your base salary. After submitting, our team reviews your profile against the official host standard and reaches out on WhatsApp to confirm your Masti host ID and next steps.

Masti Anchor Hosting: What to Expect After You Go Live
Once you're live as a Masti anchor, your weekly basic salary depends on hitting four requirements every week: 5 weekly valid working days, at least 4 hours of daily work time (with 2 of those hours inside peak time, 9 PM to 1 AM Indian time), a call answer rate above 90%, and a text respond rate above 80%.
Hit all four at Level S and you earn $15 base plus a $3 agency bonus — $18 total for the week. Level A pays $10 base plus $2 agency bonus, for $12 total. Masti anchors earn from five sources. Private video calls pay 800-1,500 beans per minute, while match calls pay 500 beans per minute. Gifts earn you a 30% share, worth 159 to 135,999 beans depending on the gift. Paid images earn 49-699 beans each, and reply messages earn 10-16 beans each. All beans convert at the same official rate: 10,000 beans = ₹80.

Masti Agency Commission: How the 7 Levels Work
Agency commission is calculated weekly on your team's combined earnings (basic income plus match bonus), across 7 levels: 10% under ₹40,000, rising to 14%, 18%, 22%, 28%, 35%, and 40% once your team crosses ₹1,200,000 in weekly earnings.
On top of direct team commission, agencies earn a sub-agency override of 10% to 30% based on each sub-agency's weekly bean income. For example, if two sub-agencies each earn 500,000 beans in a week, the parent agency earns 500,000 × 10% + 500,000 × 15% = 80,000 beans, per the official worked example. Payouts
Masti Withdrawal Guide: Payout Methods, Minimums & Rules
Masti supports three withdrawal methods: INR bank transfer (10,000 beans = ₹80, minimum ₹400), USD via Epay (12,000 beans = $1, minimum $5), and USDT (12,000 beans = 1 USDT, minimum 10 USDT). Withdrawals are self-service, available every day once your balance clears the minimum, and arrive in real time.
Two rules to remember: your withdrawal amount must be an integral multiple of 5 (any remainder rolls into your next withdrawal), and if a caller requests a refund through Google or another channel, the corresponding amount is deducted from the related host's balance. Statistics run Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59, GMT+8, and agency commission updates every Monday.

The fastest way to lose your agency status is to break the recruitment rule — Masti requires you to recruit anchors from outside the platform, never from other Masti agencies. Focus your outreach on candidates aged 18-35 with a strong on-camera presence, since profiles that fail the photo and video standard struggle to earn and hurt your team average.
Keep at least 10 total active anchors and 5+ working weekly to stay in good standing, and track which hosts are close to hitting Level S or Level A requirements so you can coach them before Monday's reset. Finally, never promote competing apps inside Masti — it's an instant cancellation risk for your agency.
